This 1 hour yoga class introduces you to some of the basic Ashtanga primary series poses & you will learn modifications to make them accessible for your body.
We flow through 45 minutes of dynamic Ashtanga poses to get you moving & build strength. Finishing with 15 minutes of deeply relaxing, long-held Yin yoga poses calms the nervous system & releases tension from the deep tissues of the body.
Newcomers can join the class at any time & complete beginners are very welcome!
Yoga mats & materials are available in the Wellness Room for your use - no need to bring anything but yourself.
