Yoga for Healthy Aging at Shanti Home
A deeply relaxing class of simple seated & lying poses designed to improve flexibility, joint health & balance. Supporting joints such as the hips, knees & ankles with blankets & bolsters allows you to relax comfortably in each pose for 2 – 5 minutes.
This class based on Yin yoga is slow & accessible to everyone: no need to be flexible or have prior yoga experience.
