Who can do Yin yoga?
Yin yoga is subtle, deliberately slow & very accessible for all ages & abilities. Really, we don't care how the pose looks from the outside, only how it feels for you & the benefits you are enjoying.
This type of yoga is great for anyone who wants to completely relax while also working the deeper tissues of the body.
Yin yoga is a great complement to your other sports & activities because it stimulates healthy, hydrated joints & releases tension & knots.
The class is open to all levels & abilities; complete beginners are very welcome!
Mats, blocks & blankets are available but feel free to bring your own.
This is a hot yoga studio so although the room is not heated during the yin class it is warmer than other yin classes - please wear layers that you can take off if needed.
