Yin at the Yoga Loft
This is a 1 hour morning yoga class suitable for all levels. We take the time to adapt all poses to your unique anatomy.
Yin yoga uses the weight of the body in long-held, static stretching to compress & open up the body. Since the soft tissues get stimulated over a longer period of time, they release any contractions & tension. This allows your body to open up & improves your range of motion. Long, moderate stresses & stretches will do more for your flexibility than short, strong stretches.
