After-work Yoga at the European Parliament
This class introduces you to some of the basic Ashtanga primary series poses & you will learn modifications to make them accessible for your body. We flow through 45 minutes of dynamic Ashtanga poses to get you moving & build strength. Finishing with 15 minutes of deeply relaxing, long-held Yin yoga poses calms the nervous system & releases tension from the deep tissues of the body.
Ideal for beginners to intermediate level students.
Yoga mats are provided at in the Wellness Room of the BMT Building, 8th floor – no need to bring anything but yourself!
