Yoga is about learning to tune into yourself again & enjoying how good your body can feel.  Your body already has an incredible intelligence that tells you everyday what you need today, right now, different from what was yesterday & what will be tomorrow.


Your body knows, you just have to listen


Our senses are in overdrive: we are stimulated constantly, bombarded with so much information every second of every minute of the day, we don't even notice it anymore.  The automatic pilot takes over & we lose the ability to listen to what our own bodies are telling us.  Take time for yourself to feel, observe & know again what you need most.
